Cityscape Exhibition and Conference

From 11 to 13 September, visitors will be able to connect with over 280 exhibiting companies, while gaining knowledge and insight from a world class conference schedule and networking with over 47,000 industry peers.

The attendance for the event features a cross-section of players in the industry including Architects, Designers and Urban Planners; Residential, Office, Leisure and Commercial Developers; Investment Promotion Agencies, Economic Development Authorities, City Promotion Agencies and Authorities; Banks, Financial Institutions, Investment Companies, Fund Management Companies and Private Investors. The largest drawcard for all visitors are The Cityscape Talks, which are free to attend and cover a range of themes. Speakers will offer tips on how to maximise real estate investment, while discussing market trends and releasing time-sensitive, important information regarding future purchases. The Talks are also an opportunity to network with potential business contacts, enabling visitors to make a more informed investment.

This year's focus will be on discussing key themes for real estate brokers, architects, engineers, and other professionals. By attending, visitors will be able to exchange ideas and establish closer links with the main bodies governing each professional domain.

As a testament to the success of Cityscape, last year's attendees numbered 38 000 from 86 countries, 94% of whom said they would return for 2017 and 68% of whom are planning to finalise new business this year. This result befits an event that has recorded $5 million worth of PR coverage alone with its marketing schedule. If there are real estate deals to be made in the region, it's fair to say the most important ones will be made at Cityscape this year.
