Renato & Ana (Awakening Prema) are back to Dubai after taking their love through sound journeys to Brazil

Come to experience a very special 2hours journey, going deeper in all aspects of ourselves (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual)

An initial talk will prepare you for the experience bringing you tolls in how to deal with stress, anxiety, doubts, emotions and thoughts in order to bring happiness and harmony into our life.

Then you will be guided in a special Yoga energy flow suitable for all, doing basic and profound physical postures designed to release a proper energy flow within the body while focusing on your breath and connecting your mind to the practice, what will allow you to a deeper perception of the sensations of the body, of your energy and of the flow of thoughts.

The focus is to make the energy flow from your foot up to your head (from the lower chakras to upper chakras) cleansing and releasing all the energy channels of the body.

After, you will be ready for the Sound Healing Journey receiving a deep cleansing, relaxing and harmonizing flow of sounds from many different instruments like the Tibetan bowls, shamanic drum, ocean drum, native American flute, maracas, tongue drum, rain stick, chimes, monochord, voice and much more, what will take you into a full body and mind relaxation, allowing yourself to release deeper emotions and the healing to happen, creating more balance and awareness to your whole being.

It is an unique experience that Awakening Prema is doing around Europe, South America and Dubai.

Renato Koch practice yoga for more than 9 Years, graduated in Hatha Yoga and Vedanta by Sivananda in Kerala – South India, has a wide experience in many different healing modalities like Reiki, Pranic Healing, Theta Healing, Chinese Energetics and many different energy healing groups for more than 15 years, Spiritism, Vipassana Meditation among others.

Together with Ana, graduated in Tibetan Bowls in Goa – India, Overtone and Sound Healing with Harmonic Sounds in Spain and many workshops in how to use many aspects of our mind to heal our self with Dr. Joe Dispenza, satsangs with Mooji and SadGuru, and much more.

They develop this journey that is taking people into many different frequencies, vibrations and energetic layers to harmonize our selves, to unlock our inner abilities that are just waiting to be awaken.
