Important Information

  • Your SIM card can be collected at kitmytrip shops located in the arrival area at Dubai International Airport (DXB) Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 right after you take customs exit. This product is not valid for the Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai (DWC) and Dubai International Airport (DXB) Terminal 2. Keep your original passport and visa (if required for travel) on hand for SIM Card redemption. This product is exclusively available to tourists visiting the UAE and not to UAE citizens or residents. According to UAE Telecom Regulation, only one SIM Card can be issued per passport. The passport holder must be at least 18 years old and present at the moment of SIM activation. All bookings for UAE SIM cards are accepted on behalf of KMTH Trading LLC (a TDRA approved SIM distributor) and all SIM activations are done within the UAE.
