Bay Yoga Center

Bay Yoga Center is the first yoga center of its kind; it has been designed taking into account holistic development for all sorts of yoga practitioners, regardless of their age and the form of yoga they practice. The center is a state of the art facility and provides yoga aficionados with the ideal place to practice, interact, teach and learn. The centre offers a variety of packages for both Bikram and other varieties of yoga. There are also trial packages available in case you are new to yoga and just want to try it out. Classes are available for both men and women but certain timings are reserved for women-only.
