The spa sanctuary comprises of 12 private treatment suites, with a range of treatments available to help relax the mind, body and soul. With a philosophy to 'unwind, balance and uplift', the range of holistic and tailored treatments at the spa are all individually suited to help the client. Unwinding treatments help you to slow down and relax in the fast-paced city. The unwind programme aims to calm the mind and nerves whilst releasing muscle tension, with activities including toga, meditation and a range a spa treatments. The balance programme helps to detox the body, to cleanse and purify the mind and body through a range of spa treatments, exercise and nutrition. The uplift programmes hopes to restore energy levels through massage, fitness and nutrition. Treatments are available for both men and women and sports massages are also on the list of treatments.
