• Children under 5 years old and individuals over 70 years old will not be permitted to fly. The maximum weight limit is 119 kg. Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge. Pregnant ladies will not be allowed to fly. Guests with disabilities, and physical conditions, are not allowed to participate. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs is strictly prohibited from flying. This activity is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, serious knee problems, back issues, those who have undergone major surgery in the past six months. Balloon Flights LLC may record the flight through photos and video footage. These recordings may include images of you as a participant. By joining the flight, you consent to the Company, its representatives, and partners using such footage for marketing and promotional purposes, including sharing on social media channels, without further notice, obligation, or compensation.
