Customers can select an experience they like online and book it through the dedicated call centre. The gift package is then delivered to the recipient free of charge.

Experiences are grouped in different categories. Gifts start from as low as AED125 to over AED 8,500. These can be acquired over the phone or from certain outlets that Dreamdays is affiliated with.
