Immerse yourself in a truly unique Iftar experience at Al Marmoom Oasis with a premium desert iftar and traditional Bedouin activities. On arrival, your hosts welcome you with the gentle scent of bakhoor and rose water, an authentic gesture of Emirati hospitality that sets a warm cultural tone for the evening and helps you settle into the peaceful desert atmosphere. Before sunset, join a camel caravan across the dunes and enjoy the calm desert views. You will also have the chance to meet and feed the camel calves, followed by a stop for sunset photos. After that, watch a live falconry demonstration, a UNESCO-recognized tradition that reflects the deep heritage of Bedouin culture. When the call for iftar begins, start by breaking your fast with Arabic dates, laban, water, and classic Ramadan drinks before moving toward the main buffet. The Michelin Bib Gourmand–awarded iftar buffet brings together the flavors of Emirati, Arabian, and Moroccan cuisine in one place, with 20 varieties in each buffet. And whole Lamb slowly cooked Madfoon - Served on Saffron Rice, Live Carving by Chef The dessert section is just as generous, offering kunafa, baklava, Umm Ali, and a wide mix of Arabic, Moroccan, and contemporary dessert choices to select from.
