Description
Currently, only the 24-hour Highlights Tour is operating with eight Red Route stops: Wafi City, Dubai Mall, Museum of the Future, Al Seef, Bastakiya, Old Souk, Gold & Spice Souk, and Dubai Frame. Buses run every 60 minutes from 10:00 to 17:00.
The Blue Route shuttle links Dubai Mall, Souk Madinat, and Atlantis The Palm, departing at 10:30, 12:30, 14:30, and 16:30. This shuttle service complements the 24-hour ticket, which activates on first use and includes no further extras.

Important Information
- Only the 24-hour Highlights Tour is currently operating (effective 16 April 2026); other tickets and inclusions resume end of July
- All buses are wheelchair accessible; Desert Sunset Tour is not wheelchair accessible and operates daily from Dubai Mall
- Dhow cruise included with selected tickets; 5-day pass offers unlimited pizza and soft drinks during the cruise
- Attraction tickets must be collected from Big Bus Tours staff
- Transfers from cruise terminal to city center are not provided
- Infants aged 2 and under travel free without a ticket
