• Swimming is prohibited starting 1 hour before sunset
• 1-hour trips are limited to Marina Canal and JBR area only
• No footwear such as shoes or flip-flops allowed onboard

Important Information

• Children under 12 must wear life jackets at all times; non-compliance will suspend activity
• In case of a technical issue, an alternate boat may be provided
• Alcohol brought onboard requires proof of purchase from duty free or authorized sellers, shown to the captain
• Check weather conditions before departure
• Arrive at the departure point 15 minutes early
• Two-hour trips do not include Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis, or Burj Al Arab routes
• Meeting point is confirmed via Google Maps only
• Group leader’s valid ID or passport is required for verification and ticket scanning
• Captain has final authority on route and safety considering weather conditions
• Swimming and water sports prohibited after 5 PM in summer and 4 PM in winter
• Cruising options will be provided before the trip to select your preferred route
