Description
Travel through changing desert scenery en route to Al Ain, a UNESCO-listed city known as the Garden City. Your first stop is Qasr Al Muwaiji, the birthplace of the late Sheikh Khalifa, former UAE President. Next, visit the award-winning Al Jahili Fort, featuring a permanent exhibition about British explorer Sir Wilfred Thesiger, who crossed the Empty Quarter twice in the 1940s.
Continue to Al Ain Oasis to learn about the ancient Falaj irrigation system from your guide. Afterward, enjoy lunch at Ayla Bawadi Hotel Restaurant, then visit the region’s largest camel market. The final stop is at the foot of Jebel Hafeet Mountain to see the hot springs before returning to Dubai.
