Description
The Green Planet is an enclosed ecosystem designed to replicate a tropical forest with the world’s largest indoor man-made, life-sustaining tree. Visitors can explore diverse habitats within the bio-dome and observe a wide range of species.
Enter The Bat Cave to see some of nature’s intriguing residents. Visitors can touch an Emerald Tree Boa snake, listen to various bird calls, and watch the two resident sloths that sleep between 15 and 20 hours daily. Squirrel monkeys demonstrate their agility by balancing with their long tails as they move through the trees.
This educational and recreational facility highlights the delicate balance of nature and the importance of conserving one of Earth’s oldest ecosystems. It is designed to inspire all ages to appreciate and protect plants and animals worldwide.
