Armani Ristorante offers authentic culinary masterpieces drawing on the classic gastronomic traditions of Tuscany as well as other Italian regions.
Inside the Ristorante, the beige/oatmeal colour scheme gives off an ambience typical of the 80s with understated furnishings and Roman blinds draped across the windows. Large round booths face an open kitchen. The views of Burj Khalifa and the popular fountain show are magnificent from this vantage point, so request a table situated by the window.
The menu comprises a combination of traditional Italian recipes and upscale modern interpretations made with fresh Mediterranean produce. The speciality is pastas which are handmade and hand-rolled. Try the buckwheat casarecce with creamy ricotta and topped with cherry tomatoes, spinach and breadcrumbs or the soft and succulent veal tenderloin, subtly flavoured with morels, if you don't fancy pasta. For dessert, order the exquisite pear mille feuille made with extremely thin wafers, delicate poached pears and served with a scoop of milk chocolate ice cream.
