Beachcombers intermingles Pan Asian cuisine with a dash of creative culinary flair which has resulted in an overflowing, mouth-watering menu. Dine on the deck overlooking the expanse of the Arabian Ocean and enjoy panoramic views of the iconic Burj Al Arab and the white sand of the beach. The bar offers a laid-back ambience of sun-drenched cocktails and evening sunsets.
The majority of the menu hails dishes from Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia which include well-spiced spring rolls, Greek salad infused with rosemary and flavoured with crumbly feta and mushroom stroganoff piped with garlic and sesame seeds. For main course, the menu includes creamy chicken satay, stir-fried prawns and spicy Indonesian beef rendang with refreshing slivers of coconut. The dessert menu is extensive and includes some original dishes such as pineapple and coconut tiramisu, fresh papaya and passion fruit and coconut encrusted pandan cake.
