BiCE's menu extracts delightful dishes right from the heart of Italy and presents them to the people of Dubai. The fettuccini with Canadian lobster, eggplant and mozzarella lasagne and seafood risotto are among the best dishes. Many of the pasta dishes are complimented with truffles and wild mushrooms and the homemade ricotta and spinach tortelli is a house favourite.
Adjacent to the dining room, there is an energetic bar overlooking the pool and gardens which offers an extensive wine list.
