Carpaccio di manzo finemente affettato (cured raw beef, rocket, radicchio, tomatoes, parmesan, caramelised onion).
Grigliata mista di pesce, sedano rapa e segmenti di agrumi (mixed grilled seafood with celeriac and citrus segments).
Tiramisu (bitter cocoa, chocolate twille, kahlua jelly, praline, chocolate sorbet).
In the winter, signature pizzas are available and the mouth-watering Bussola (tomato, mozzarella, vine tomatoes, Bresaola, mushrooms, parmesan and truffle oil) is recommended.
