Bussola is located at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi beach and offers one of the best Italian culinary experiences in Dubai. This Italian Cuisine Academy certified restaurant is unusual in its double decked layout which offers diners a choice of ambience suited to their dining preference. Savour a more formal dining atmosphere downstairs, while the open exterior of the upper level pizzeria provides a relaxed and casual family atmosphere where you can soak in the sun and sea while you dine.

Bussola's signature dishes include:

Carpaccio di manzo finemente affettato (cured raw beef, rocket, radicchio, tomatoes, parmesan, caramelised onion).

Grigliata mista di pesce, sedano rapa e segmenti di agrumi (mixed grilled seafood with celeriac and citrus segments).

Tiramisu (bitter cocoa, chocolate twille, kahlua jelly, praline, chocolate sorbet).

In the winter, signature pizzas are available and the mouth-watering Bussola (tomato, mozzarella, vine tomatoes, Bresaola, mushrooms, parmesan and truffle oil) is recommended.
