Inspired by earthy cooking methods, the delicious menu, created by FwF's team of chefs, includes old favorites such as manakeesh and kofta selections, signature flatbreads and sandwiches and a mouthwatering Emirati machboos. For those with a sweet tooth the famous Umm Ali, a classic Arabic dessert that's baked and served in traditional fekhars, is on offer to tingle one's senses.
All of Fern W Fekhar's dishes are made with locally sourced, premium quality ingredients such as halal meats from New Zealand and Australia. They are prepared using classic French techniques applied to traditional Arabian flavors for a memorable meal.
