Frevo

An authentic Brazilian churrascaria restaurant situated in Fairmont Hotel on The Palm. Churrascaria roughly translates to 'barbecue' style cooking which is  traditionally the prevalent way of cooking in Latin America. At Frevo, succulent meats are carved at the table with a typical assortment of 15 cuts to choose from. Salads are also prepared on the spot to-order. A fine selection of colourful vegetables is blended together to complement your choice of meat.

Last but not least, and boasting another angle of Latin America's finest, is the selection of cocktails on offer. This includes the famously Brazilian Caipirinha. No Brazilian experience can be had without one. Live music adds to the flair of Frevo, thus creating a spirited all around experience. Friday brunch includes bundles with soft beverages and cocktails.
