The waiters at Nobu Atlantis are incredibly friendly and eager to recommend dishes off the menu as well as choosing drinks to compliment your meal. For an appetiser, the yellowtail is a delicious start to your meal with wafer-thin layers of fish and a fruity yuzu-soy marinade. Subsequently, try the sliced hammour with dried, musty miso and garlic chips or the classic black cod with miso. The king crab shiso is soft and plush and arrives drenched in delicious miso broth. There is a good selection of desserts including an oozing chocolate bento served with green tea ice cream and a silky slice of Nobu cheesecake.
