Pachanga
Dubai
Pachanga is a Latin America influenced restaurant, mixing traditional cuisines from Mexico, Argentina, Cuba and Brazil. It is located on the first floor of the Hilton Jumeirah.
Upon arriving, you are greeted by live music played by Spanish guitarists and a complimentary starter of homemade dips with nachos or freshly baked bread. For the main course, there is a good selection of meat orientated dishes, such as the churrassco which involves a variety of succulent meats rotating on a spit being brought and carved on your table. The meat choice includes fillet steak, chicken and lamb or rib eye, and diners can eat as much as possible as well as accompanying the meats with a variety of side dishes such as fresh vegetables, garlic chips and rice.
For a sweet conclusion to your meal, try the creamy rice pudding or mouth-watering crème brulee. Traditional Latin American cocktails are served at the restaurant bar.
