The literal translation of Pai Thai means 'Go Thai' and this restaurant certainly does just that, transporting diners to a picture perfect setting in which to enjoy contemporary Thai dining. At Pai Thai, traditional Thai dishes are mixed with new flavours to create modern interpretations on classical favourites. The dishes are light and fresh, bursting with a sensational blend of herbs and spices, such as lemongrass, fresh garlic, Thai coriander and sweet coconut milk.
