The thin but precise menu boasts 'multisensory hits'; gastronomic creations which derive from blending unpredictable tastes and textures for a truly adventurous dining experience.
The ambience is simply indulgent. Sink into the plush carpet before settling into the luxurious pink chairs, surrounded by lavish Murano glass chandeliers while enjoying the romantic views over the waterfront. Savour the tastes of Reflet's specialist wine, carefully hand-selected by the resident sommelier.
The menu includes a selection of sensational experiences including fois gras de canard, Langoustine, Coquille St Jaques and an array of caviar. Dishes from 'La Mer' include wild seabass poached slowly in clarified butter and blue lobster served with refreshing coconut, fresh palm heart and yellow and green mango. Top choices from 'La Campagne' include the faux fillet de boeuf and veau de lait.
