The ambience is simply indulgent. The menu includes a selection of sensational experiences including fois gras de canard, Langoustine, Coquille St Jaques and an array of caviar. Dishes from 'La Mer' include wild seabass poached slowly in clarified butter and blue lobster served with refreshing coconut, fresh palm heart and yellow and green mango. Top choices from 'La Campagne' include the faux fillet de boeuf and veau de lait.
