One of Dubai's favourite spots which boasts perfect views of Burj Al Arab, beachfront seating, and an all-round fun experience. Shimmers is located in Madinat Jumeirah, right by the pool. It serves a fine selection of light international cuisine. The place transforms as night blankets the city and stars shine bright in the open sky. Perhaps one of the more unique experiences in Dubai, shisha and cocktails are served on the sand with waves breaking gently near by.

Shimmers is better known for its charming appeal and unique setting to guests and residents. It is often quite busy and will require pre-booking to guarantee a table.
