The Rib Room is located within the Emirates Towers, a five star hotel that proudly governs Dubai's skyline. Inside, the restaurant showcases a trendy design with plush leather chairs and paneled wooden walls. The resident saxophonist, Serik Iskakov, entertains diners on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings with a collection of tunes from a wide variety of genres. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner from Sunday through to Thursday, and dinner only on Friday and Saturday.
