Launched in 2005, the Park Hyatt Hotel where The Thai Kitchen is located is superbly situated on the edge of the creek on the Deira side. This distinctly Arabian themed hotel has a wonderful ambience throughout with subtle lighting, minimalist décor and colourings in an array of earthy tones of browns and greys that contrast the beautiful white exterior. On entering The Thai Kitchen, its design theme follows through with the addition of wood panelled walls, wood flooring, an array of open space and visibility of three open and immaculate kitchens where the food is prepared. Tables are set near the kitchens in a move reminiscent of the ways in Bangkok.
The Thai Kitchen is an experience not to be missed and with a good level of attentive service and outstanding food this definitely rates as one of the outstanding restaurants in Dubai.
