Traiteur's menu is French-inspired and combines classic bistro cuisine with French fine-dining. The restaurant features an elevated show kitchen and there are also private dining spaces for special occasions including Chef's Table and Cave Privée which is set amidst a 4,200 bottle wine cellar.
