DragonMart is a 1.2 km long shopping centre that is shaped in the likeness of a dragon and home to one of the largest collections of Chinese goods in the region. The mall is located off the Hatta-Oman Road adjacent to International City and just off Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd. (formerly Emirates Rd.)
Goods sold include shoes, electronics, paintings, machinery, tools, garments, replica luggage, furniture and bathroom/kitchen fixtures.
Although it features a great café, this is not a mall for joy walkers or families to hang out. It is predominantly visited by shoppers looking for off the cuff items or peculiar Oriental knick knacks presumably not found elsewhere.
Dragonmart is not so much a place for high-end shopping, but rather a paradise for bargain hunters. Anything one might imagine (short of moon rocks) can be found at Dragonmart.
