As its name suggests, Creek Park is located right by the creek, in Umm Hurair district. It boasts great views of Dubai's skyline and the creek shores, and has a fairly different feel to it from other Dubai parks since it is one Dubai's oldest and biggest recreational areas.
Barbeque grilles are placed in designated areas with lots of shade and greenery. You cannot bring your own grill, so you'll have to make due with the park's facilities if you're planning on cooking. There are planty of activities offered at Creek Park for adults and children to enjoy, inlcuding cable car rides over the creek going all the way to Maktoum Bridge and back, bicycle hires, mini train rides across the park and children's play areas. The park is very popular with families on weekends and evenings.
Additional park facilities include complete access for people with special needs, designated prayer facilities, a cafe and ample parking stretching the complete length of the park.
A nominal entry fee of AED 5 is payable at the gate.
