Safa Park is 158 acres stretching nearly 1 km from Sheikh Zayed Road to Al Wasl Road, it boasts several man-made lakes, well-manicured lawns and children's play areas. The park is popular with families and groups due to its ample spaces and the adequately placed barbecue grills which contribute to the park's popularity over weekends. It has 4 main entrance points and plenty of parking spaces to accommodate the crowds. Eid celebrations prove busy for Safa Park dwellers. Children have enough room to stretch their legs over a game of football, while smaller kids or toddlers can enjoy the swing sets and slides that are dispersed around the park. Fair-type rides are installed on one end of Safa Park which often draw a good crowd. Also, paddle boats can be rented at the central lake within the park.
Admission is AED 5. Tuesdays are reserved for women and children only.
