The MIRAMAR HOTEL APARTMENT is a new upcoming address in AL QUSAIS 1, which is located within easy distance from Dubai’s business district.

It is seven minutes away from the DUBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT and eliminates traveling through the traffic which Dubai is so notoriously famous for. We are located just behind the AL BUSTAN CENTRE.

Under an Indian management the MIRAMAR HOTEL APARTMENT, started operations in July 2006. This is a fully furnished hotel apartment with all modern amenities in room.

Rooms are available on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
